Scope of Services

Jannah Integrative Health LLC ("the Practice") provides educational wellness coaching, nutrition guidance, mind–body support, and related wellness services. By engaging with the Practice, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Not Medical Care. Services offered by Jannah Integrative Health LLC are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment of any disease or condition. Nothing provided through this Practice — including consultations, programs, written materials, or recommendations — constitutes medical advice.

No Prescribing or Dispensing. Jannah Integrative Health LLC does not prescribe, dispense, recommend, or facilitate the purchase of any medications, prescription drugs, controlled substances, peptides, hormones, or pharmaceutical products. We have no affiliation with any pharmacy, prescriber, or medication supplier.

No Medical Telehealth. Our telehealth sessions are educational coaching sessions only. We do not provide telemedicine consultations involving medication, diagnosis, or treatment of medical conditions.

GLP-1 and Weight Management Programs. Clients participating in our GLP-1 Support program or any weight management coaching must obtain any medications independently through their own licensed healthcare provider and pharmacy. Our role is strictly limited to nutritional education, lifestyle guidance, and behavioral coaching.

Responsibility to Consult Healthcare Providers. Clients are responsible for consulting their licensed healthcare providers regarding any medical concerns, before starting any new wellness program, and before making any changes to prescribed medications or treatments.

No Diagnosis or Treatment. Jannah Integrative Health LLC does not diagnose medical conditions or treat diseases. Functional health assessments, lab reviews, and nutrigenomic insights are used for educational purposes only.

Educational & Wellness Disclaimer

Services provided through Jannah Integrative Health LLC are educational and wellness-based in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information provided is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider.

Clients are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider regarding medical conditions, medications, diagnoses, and treatment decisions.

No Emergency Medical Services

Jannah Integrative Health LLC does not provide emergency medical care.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention.

Telehealth Consent

By booking online services through Jannah Integrative Health LLC, clients consent to participate in telehealth-based wellness consultations conducted through secure online platforms.

All sessions are conducted online through secure telehealth systems unless otherwise specified.

Online Sessions

After booking, clients will receive appointment details and secure session links by email.

Zanda Health online meeting links will be sent by email prior to appointments.

Clients are responsible for:

• Maintaining a stable internet connection

• Accessing the appointment link on time

• Using a device with camera and microphone capability

• Participating from a private and quiet environment

Technical issues on the client’s side do not automatically qualify for refunds or session extensions.

Appointments & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled session fee.

Packages & Programs

Programs and packages are structured wellness services that may include consultations, follow-up sessions, coaching, or other services.

Packages and programs are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.

Sessions included within packages must be used within the designated program timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unused sessions may expire after the program duration.

Missed sessions within packages may be counted as used.

GLP-1 Support Disclaimer

Jannah Integrative Health LLC does not prescribe GLP-1 medications.

GLP-1 support services are intended to provide wellness, nutrition, lifestyle, and educational support for individuals already working with a licensed prescribing provider.

Medication decisions should always be discussed with the prescribing healthcare provider.

No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary based on personal health history, consistency, lifestyle, follow-through, and other individual factors.

No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, educational materials, graphics, text, logos, downloads, and resources are the property of Jannah Integrative Health LLC unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Third-Party Platforms

Jannah Integrative Health LLC may use third-party systems for scheduling, telehealth, forms, communications, or payment processing.

Use of these systems may also be subject to their own policies and terms.

Limitation of Liability

Jannah Integrative Health LLC is not responsible for:

• Internet or technology failures

• Telehealth platform interruptions

• Missed emails or links

• Technical issues on the client’s side

• Individual outcomes or results

• Decisions made based on wellness or educational information provided

Clients remain responsible for their personal healthcare decisions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

Changes to Terms

Jannah Integrative Health LLC reserves the right to modify services, pricing, policies, website content, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page.
