Refund & Cancellation Policy

Jannah Integrative Health LLC values both practitioner and client time. This Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to support fairness, scheduling integrity, and professional service delivery.

Payment Requirement
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled session fee, which may be retained from the payment made at booking.
Missed Appointments & No-Shows
Missed appointments and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
For programs and packages, missed sessions may be counted as used.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future booking requests.
Late Arrivals
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for online sessions.
Late arrival may shorten the appointment length to avoid affecting other scheduled appointments.
Full session fees still apply.
Individual Session Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of wellness and consultation-based services:
Individual appointments are non-refundable once booked
Completed sessions are non-refundable
Telehealth sessions are non-refundable after services have been provided
If clients are unable to attend, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Packages & Program Refunds
Packages and programs are non-refundable once purchased.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Functional Nutrition Package
Gut Reset Program
GLP-1 Support & Sustainable Weight Loss Program
Neuromeditation Package
Other bundled programs or session packages
Unused sessions within packages remain available during the designated program timeframe but are not eligible for refunds.
Packages must be used within the specified duration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Provider-Initiated Rescheduling
If Jannah Integrative Health LLC must cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable effort will be made to provide an alternative appointment time.
If a service cannot be delivered by the provider, an appropriate resolution may be offered.
Telehealth Responsibility
All sessions are conducted online through secure telehealth systems.
Clients are responsible for:
Maintaining internet access
Having a functioning device
Accessing appointment links before the session
Participating from a private and quiet environment
Technical issues on the client’s side do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Complimentary Consultation Policy
Complimentary consultations are intended as introductory sessions to explore service fit and next steps.
Repeated missed complimentary consultations may result in restricted future booking availability.
Agreement
By booking appointments, services, packages, or programs with Jannah Integrative Health LLC, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
