This package includes three personalized, 45-minute hypnosis sessions for $390.
Hypnosis uses a deeply relaxed and focused state to explore limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and habits that may be holding you back. Across three sessions, we build on your progress and tailor each session to your goals, giving you time to practice and integrate what you learn.
These sessions can support:

Exploring emotional patterns and blocks
Changing habits and limiting beliefs
Improving focus and mental clarity
The package price covers all three sessions. When purchasing, select an appointment for your first session. The remaining two sessions will be scheduled separately.
Please join your session from a quiet, comfortable environment where you can relax without interruptions.
For hypnosis sessions, it is recommended to:
• Use headphones for better focus
• Be in a calm, private space
• Avoid distractions during the session
This session is conducted in a safe, supportive environment focused on deep relaxation and lasting change.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Rescheduling or cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge of 50% of the session cost, which will be retained from the payment made at booking.
Missed sessions within packages are non-refundable and will be counted as used.
This is an online session conducted via a secure platform.
After booking, you will receive a separate email with your session link and access details through our system.
